like i said, it depends on the phone model. HTC Hermes 100 is old and uses WM v5 and not v6.x but i do think you can upgrade[1] it to v6. i have issues with the UI though, but you can try installing PointUI[2] too and see if that would work for you. nevertheless, a wide and touch screen interface is pretty useful for a mobile telecommuter that you wanted to be.
