oh i see... my contribution to help these business men is to avail cellphone companies with their location based service so that their love ones can keep them track where they are... although gps and a-gps can help them locate but they need outdoor location to locate them.. but kidnappers put kidnap victims indoor.. they need the help of NBI as these mens know how to track kidnappers and kidnap victim their IMEI (cellphone ID) and IMSI (sim card number)... but if the kidnappers have a good technical knowledge about cellular technology... the above suggestion is useless especially kidnappers are not using cellphone to communicate with victim's family (but thru public pay phone) and remove the victim's cellphone battery for totally shutdown.. > One of these days, I'll be there to join you all.
