wes, Ah, so! That makes sense: attach it to a working system, mount the DVD in that system's optical drive, and install the missing package on the 2.5" HD. Looks like an approach to undertake at Sunday's clinic. I can bring my DELL laptop, the Bytecc hard drive adapter, and the distribution DVD. Thanks!
