Are you sure that the connectors are micro USB? "micro USB" is a very specific 
design, there are other variants of USB that are a similar size but not 
actually called "micro".

According to the online manual for Brother (and the fact that no phone sold in 
the past 5 years has a micro USB port) I suspect that you are looking for the 
wrong adapter.
