Sky has two services: limited and unlimited. Unlimited adds up to about
3300 a month including cable TV, but it is bandwidth-limited to 64kbps (a
smart move actually, I don't see how Destiny's unlimited bandwidth,
unlimited time pricing is market-sustainable).

The limited plans are based on amount downloaded. They are horrendously
expensive -- roughly 3500 a month for 1000MB download, 5 pesos per
megabyte over. But they are not throttled. I can get about 70Kbytes/second
download from www.se.kernel.org.
