i'm doing C/C++ on window$, mostly COM/DCOM/MTS, and sometimes sockets
programming too... can't say i'm an expert though, just "playing it by ear"
and doing a lot of RTFM... did some sockets programming on HP-UX and Linux
before, but that was a looooong time ago in a galaxy far far away... and
when i get a linux project now, its only either a small project or for
maintaining existing code or both...
