President Bill Clinton did away with SA; so for the past couple of years (or
is it just one year) wala nang SA. With SA, my GPS used to have an
horrizontal accuracy of 15 meters, now without SA I can get an horrizontal
accuracy of 4 meters. The sofware in my GPS is 1998, maybe with newer
software in the newer models it will be more accurate.
