# What got you started in Linux?
I started Linux back 1994 in a school project on our Unix class, I think it
was kernel 1.x with slackware 3 disks.
# Who influenced you into using Linux, if any?
Back in 1994, my prof influenced me to use Linux and other Un*Xes. He was a
Unix professor back then.
# Where did you first learn about Linux?
My first UN*Xes is Esix System V on a 386 machine which we were using it on
our class with 16 port Multi serial Digiboard inserted to it. We use IBM
8088 PC to connect to the host, until my professor introduced us to
Slackware Linux, I install it with 3 disk on a 386box.
# How did you get your copy of Linux?
In a UNIX class
# When did you first hear about Linux?
In a UNIX class
#> When did you actually use Linux for the first time?
After I installed it in 1994, I did not stop using it.
#> When did you install Linux on your own 'puter?
1994
# Why did you decide to try Linux out?
I want to learn UNIX on that time and it is free !
# Why do you still use Linux?
I hate windows and I love Linux
