Look for it on freshmeat.net and read the README and INSTALL files there
that should give you instructions on how to compile packages.  If you
don't know how to do that, you should learn now.  ProFTPd is not hard to
compile, and is typical of most tarball installs.  If you're really lazy
you can probably get an RPM or DEB package from the ProFTPd website...
