There are.. But I think most of them don't meet regularly anymore, and
just reply on mailing lists (like PLUG) for exchanging information, and
helping out one another.
I don't specifially know if there's one for C++ (I'd love to join
one).. The only one I know of is PhilJUG (Phil. Java User Group).
