At 31,000 for 90 hours that's almost PhP 350 per hour. UP Diliman's
current tuition fees are at PhP 300 per unit, which translates to 1 hour
per week for a whole semester. There are about 20 weeks in one sem, so
this means only PhP 15 per hour. Other private universities have rates
that are as much as three times higher, but PhP 45 per hour is nothing
compared to that... :)
