anyway, if they'll port VB for linux, it'll be almost
the same as a major rewrite of the existing code, and
getting rid of the unsafe constructs within VB. that's
a big job that microsoft won't do, given their open
hatred for open source, especially GPL.
if they do, however, that would be one great RAD tool.
Don't count on it too much, though.
