Well, i'm sure anyone with a sharp business mind could see.... an
OPPORTUNITY here....

Vendors are pretty lax about educational grants.  expect them to be even
more acocmodating when it comes to free software.

True.  But many people have one basic requirement.  My proposal addresses
the most basic:  get rid of MS OFFICE (if possible windows) IN THE
TAXPAYER-FUNDED workplaces.
