It's frustrating to read this. I'm sitting on a huge pipe (I have a 100Mb connection to a 150Mb pipe), but of course I'm in America and the connection between the PI's and here is pretty horrible.
Good luck finding something if you venture out to look. It's difficult to get good bandwidth cheap.
