hey, i found something else which may be causing the delay...

i noticed there were a lot of files in mailman's queue
directory.

checking out mailman's logs, it said
"Could not acquire qrunner lock"

a quick search on google yielded nothing.
i traced back the log file and found that many hours before,
mailman was complaining of some files it cannot find
in its queue directory.

queued mailman postings usually (must) have a
.msg and a .db component. thru the logs, mailman
was saying that some .msg files did not have a .db file.

so i went to the queue directory, rm'd the
incomplete queue files, deleted qrunner's lock files,
and then ran qrunner manually.

after a few minutes, tadah!
mailman queue directory is now empty!

yeah, right,
now i think they're going to get stuck in postfix's mailq =)

oh well, i'll check it out later.
thanks for reporting the problem, guys!

gotta get some sleep,
-eric
