I know. Hence the spewing of guts on my part. They used Microsoft Access
as the database backend, and Microsoft VisalBasic as the database
front-end. And yet there was all this brouhaha about them going to teach
Oracle. Bah! They should have at least used PostgreSQL/MySQL and
PHP/Python!

And if it it were, it's at the rock bottom. With free and open source
products like PostgreSQL and MySQL, why settle for less?
