I highly doubt it, if my experience in UP Diliman is any indication. If MS did a crackdown there they could remove about 95% of all the Windows installations all over campus. I never saw any licenses for any installs in our department except the ones in the Microelectronics Laboratory, and those were obtained via a grant from Intel. You can rat on your school and get Microsoft to pay you a million bucks, I think. :) -- Rafael R.
