Well, I have several semi-active projects hanging around SourceForge, and have got a few more coming up. The literate programming system I've been building is there, as is the byte-interpreted programming language I'm making which is geared towards high-level (sorta) programming on low power embedded systems (think 8-bit microcontrollers) is also there, although all I have there now is the current CVS tree. Don't want to make a file release until I have the documentation all polished up. Soon I'll also clean up the SDL-based 3D graphics engine I've been working on and upload it there too. I don't want to start hosting any of my crypto projects there... With the way things are going, it might soon be illegal for me to download the Perl crypto modules I've created from the CPAN servers! Which reminds me... given the fact that the Philippines has no crypto regulation whatsoever (doubtful that any will come up in the near future) and is not a signatory of the Wassenaar arrangement, I think it might be very useful to host a SourceForge workalike on some server that is physically here. Is there any interest in doing something like that? If so, maybe upper management (cough, cough, Boss Migs) here at Inter.Net might be cajoled into providing such a server, as a service to the community... -- Rafael R.
