Sir,

I just happen to browse this message and I was bit
surprised on how you presented the contents of your
subject! I cannot imagine how you would make the moves
in solving Philippine problems especially in
agriculture. 
How are you going to consider the funds, the info
dissemination and other stuffs, sir?
