Haha, you just confirmed my assertion that Linux users
tend to be religious zealots.  That's ok.  Just don't go
crashing any planes into buildings. :-)

Fwiw, I like Linux too, I'm just trying to balance the
viewpoint that many people have of Windoze as sucking
like hell.  It doesn't and it's excellent. (Except
for the fact that it is neither free nor open-source)

A lot (read: A lot, *NOT ALL*) of the Windoze-smearing going 
on around is FUD too!  And this time it's from the Linux camp.
(no, using Linux and parroting Stallman's views does not 
automatically make you a holy or wise person or even "l33t" -
there are now a LOT of Linux-using lamer wanna-bes out there 
now that it has become friendlier). Don't get me wrong I think 
much of MS' business tactics stink worse and a lot of their
other software also sucks (but not their OS).

Well, bug fixes probably not anymore.  But in general, I 
strongly agree with the spirit of your argument here.
