Wow. Most meaningful post in this thread so far. I'm sure it was brought about by the Doc's _maturity_. All I can say is that the Doc have a point. Eventhough we love linux so much, we must face the fact that there are some persons who see other OS'es as technically superior in some aspects. There also is the _available applications_ side. I personally can't get rid of windows because of Macromedia Dreamweaver and divx just plays better there (i'm talking about my machine of course). Now I would really love it if someone could suggest a replacement for Dreamweaver with it's fabulous templating support. I actually don't care about everyone kicking each other's @$$. It's just that we must not resort to foul language. And if someone was lambasted in a personal email, then keep it personal. Try not to bring it anymore to the list because it looks like a little boy tugging on his brother's pants. Send some of your colleagues or the administrators a personal note, but not to the lst. Just my thoughts. No need to flame. I'm already dark-skinned as it is. =) -- Deds Castillo Infiniteinfo Philippines Hiroshima '45, Chernobyl '86, Windows 95/98/2K _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
