Just checked the NEdit website... looks good!  This might be just what I

I already have vim in my system and is yet to be tested.  I know very
little vi, that's why I didn't try vim before (I got used with pine's
PICO program).  Will download gvim too and see...

JOE is included in the RedHat package, so I guess I'll try that one as
well.
