Linux screams on athlons and durons!  A word of warning though, these CPUs
tend to get really hot so you need a good fan.  At 6000RPM, my Volcano 7+
keeps my 1900+ athlons at an average of  50 deg C *on idle* according to
lm_sensors.

It helps if the mobo has CPU overheat protection, i dunno if the MSI board
has.
