It's hard to cool dual athlons.  There's just too much heat generated \8(.
My system already has 3 CASE FANS, 1 SLOT FAN, 2 Power Supply fans, 2 Hard
Disk tray fans, and of course 2 Volcano 7+ FANS.  The 7+'s are running at
6000 RPM.  My case is the Lian Li 65, and i'm using the rounded IDE
cables.  I average at 48.5C to 50C at idle, going up to 55C when compiling
stuff.
