Nope, we don't have yet. And if you're talking about the database for our
Collection and Branch Reconciliation system, unfortunately we don't have
Perl, PHP (lalo na!) or any other scripting language except for Korn Shell.
But if it's for the Postfix server for this project, I can install it.
Is it possible to use Perl scripts from the Postfix server to get the data
from Oracle database which doesn't have Perl in it?

BTW, where can I find/download (for FREE) a good Postfix book especially
that tackles this kind of problems?
