Yes, we need to forward the messages to their respective regional/district
offices for localization and direct guidance.  Lets say, a taxpayer from
Cebu City send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] which in fact that the
administrator for this project is based in Quezon City, that message will be
forwarded to Cebu City, for an obvious reason already.

is under, let's say, Quezon City Delta, automagically the REPLY-TO header
will be set right away to the Quezon City Delta's e-mail address, for
example [EMAIL PROTECTED]?
