Well, probably the thing that makes TeX "scary" is that LaTex has several scripts that makes it simply... "easier to use." :) Authoring in TeX/LaTeX is one thing, but typesetting (producing the templates yourself) is another. Tried to create a simple one to match certain professor's document format (I try to avoid OpenOffice/MS Office as much as possible if I can do it in LaTeX), but it was just too tiring. ============================ Gino LV.
