I may give Owl a shot. I actually had it set up about a year ago, when my then-manager had an allegedly urgent need for such a system that suddenly evaporated as soon as I had a couple of prototypes running. The other one I prototyped was "The Knowledgebase", http://knowledgebase.sourceforge.net/ . My recollection is that the Owl is more of a finished system than The Knowledgebase is, and definitely has the advantage of being PHP4 instead of PHP3. You know, it would really give me some personal satisfaction to put the contents of http://linuxmafia.com/~rick/linux-info/kb/ , which is the stripped-ASCII remains of the knowledgebase I built there, into one of those two -- if only as a polite and constructive way of getting back at Ms. Psychotic Manager. ;-> -- Cheers, Chaos, panic, & disorder - my work here is done.
