Or for $1000 for that matter! Correct. However, your yardstick for
a "commercial licence" was one where the code was available only upon
paying money. I gave you an example, of a GPLed one-line script.
It's sitting on my hard drive, right this moment. You may not have it
without paying US $1. My offer is open only to you, and under no terms
other than that payment.
By your criteria, that makes the GPL a "commercial licence". Quod erat
demonstrandum.
The point, of course, is that your term as defined is a silly and
useless concept.

Nope. No US $1 payment means no script, Andy! That's the offer, and
it's non-negotiable. Take it or leave it.
