Good follow ups to this would be 'Code Complete' #(both of which are printed by ... Microsoft Press!) and Design Patterns. #All of which Bong has introduced me to. #

Bong introduced me to the finer points of OO, and gotchas of C++; not to the GoF's Design Patterns book.
