Okay, so far Bayanihan is quite seccessful at getting users. But on open source projects, given adequate facility, users can be turned into co-developers, even those not into programming. Now one thing that Bayanihan needs is an integrated facility for efficient open source development. So far even the Bayanihan dev list is not quite updated on what the ASTI developers are planning. We need to reach out and get as much help from users and developers as possible.

If I have my own server, I would have sponsored a
sourceforge-like facility for efficient maintenance and
development of BL packages. Perhaps using this:

http://gforge.org/

It is very important that the server is located in the country.
I really plan to do such but it may not be possible for me
until a few years. I hope someone would do it earlier.
