It is very important that the server is located in the country.
I really plan to do such but it may not be possible for me
until a few years. I hope someone would do it earlier.

or savannah when they are already there?
[1] developers and people who will collaborate and download
files will mostly originate here.
[2] same as savannah's reason for existence eventhough
sourceforge is there.
