just re-iterate what dido mentioned in a previous post. RedHat Linux (the
community edtion) is now going to be transformed to the Feodora/RH project
(http://feodora.redhat.com). this means a lot of good things.

first of all, one of the reason why i was so tempted to move to debian
was because it was entirely community driven. (i was just too lazy to grab
a debian distribution CD and actually install it). but, not since, RH
is going to be more community, i think i will stick around.
