In fact, I've been through the package listing for all the contents of
RHAS/RHEL 2.1, and couldn't offhand spot _any_ package whose licence
terms didn't at a minimum allow redistribution (e.g., pine/pico), even
where they are proprietary.  Has anyone spotted any exceptions?
