I had a long reply typed up, but since it's apparent you don't read detailed posts, I will not exceed five sentences. Thread hijacking is where you reply to a message, change the subject, *AND* delete the entire body, starting a brand new thought. My e-mail, on the other hand, was in answer to someone else's e-mail; I even quoted that e-mail. I changed the subject to indicate the change in direction the thread seems to be going (or where I wanted it to go :).
