One of the big selling points of Skullcandy products, in speaking with a co-worker, is their warranty. This was my co-worker's response when I doubted the wording of the Skullcandy limited lifetime warranty( http://tinyurl.com/yvkfdf ): "I've used it they ask no questions, just tell you to cut the end off and send it back.
