I didn't edit the log file except for removing the history up to the interesting bit. My log shows no dates or times.
I get a similar log file to yours when I open a stream that actually works, however there's still no dates or times. As my log file contains similar entries to those at the start of yours, it seems clear that the procedure is stopped prematurely. So then the question is why? What do you think?
