I have set "Seconds to delay start live stream" to 5 mins. It starts in about 10 seconds - as it does when this value is set to 1 min. I have just tried 5min and 1min and restarted Radio 4 and Radio 5 numerous times. I don't think this value is having any effect.
BUT I then set it to "no delay" and the feed kept rebuffering without starting.
