I don't have a 4 core high end Win10 system so to try to understand what is happening - checking if altering values changes symptoms and seeing if things change with longer playing. You are not very descriptive about the rebuffering events - such as how long after starting audio does rebufferring happen ? How much time between audio does rebufferring happen ? how long did you play the streams for ? Let streams play for at least 5 mins - do the streams settle down (i.e. fewer or no rebuffering events) ? Assumign you are in the UK anbd are playing 320kbps streams - the buffer Threshold will affect when audio starts (and in theory shoudn't affect rebuffering but I need to know) but set too low and system will hang.
