Hello all. I have just reinstalled LMS from first principles on my Windows 10 machine using the 7.7.5 download from My Squeezebox. I am a heavy user of BBC iPlayer and iPlayer Extras but in recent years have had many problems with buffering and long start times (esp on live streams and especially on the Boom).
I've want to install the most stable version of iPlayer and iPlayer extras for my mix of new and old Squeezebox devices (Boom, radios, Touch, SB++, and multiple Chromecasts). I am more interested in stability than hi fidelity. I've looked through these threads and others and become thoroughly confused. Can some kind soul please provide a link for me to the definitive install instructions that fit my needs? Thanks very much chaps.
