I can access the entire of the plugins menus including changing repo urls from my iPad. Not sure why you can't scroll down. There is no connection between what repos current LMS server releases use and what current iPlayer is on. LMS still ships with a much older repo. I tried once to persuade the LMS maintainer to update it, but he asked for advice on what repo to use instead and people couldn't reach agreement.
