You have lots of different problems - which I think are interacting and makign things worse.
1. You seem to pause a player when playing BBCiplayer live streams - this will cause the "estimated delay" messages. This pause may be due to a player setting "Pause on Power off". BBC does not allow pauses longer than 3 hours. To get rid of this issues change the player setting to "Stop on Power off" 2. The database seems to be corrupt or not setup properly - I'd advise "clear and rescan everyhting". 3. Youtub plugin has some problems - don't use when trying to solve this probem - oif the file descrpitpopgoies away then you'll know it is Youtube 4. There are a number of http 500 errors - in theory these are destination problems and nothing to do with your system but they seem t come from timeservers - so I suspect there is something messing with your network stack - what security s/w are you using ? 5. There are number of long dealys from BBC - this means you ISP connection is not great. What is your local network setup I hope LMS is not on a wireless connection ?
