Yep. The way it is "remembering" window position is incomplete/flawed in the case where the previous visible window state was maximized when you terminate the app. I understand the issue, and I have it fixed in development. The fix will be in Version 1.3.7 and about 3-7 days. Thanks for pointing this out.
