OK some of this is dependent on the selected player. 320k was available on my Touch boxes and PC/Mac Squeeze players but now it's gone:
24883 The PSD and HD options are missing only from ye olde Duet, which makes sense. 24885 I don't recall if 320k was ever on the Duet. But it was on the others.
