The playlist.m3u8 can be downloaded - then I can download the chunk list
which I can see as

This looks good for a live stream - 6 secs chunk - sequentially
numbered.
Also I can download the individual chunks.
Stream does not play with VLC either.
I think there is something in the MPEG4 encoding of the aac chunks that
is not supported in ffmpeg or vlc. Later, I'll see if I can analyse
the aac chunks I downloaded.
