Previously, SLX would detect output devices more automatically.
However, I have noticed on some machines, there is a brief audio dropout
(<1 sec), every time the code detects output devices, which was bugging
me. The multi-room device tab uses the same device list as for the
primary player so when you refresh that, you refresh them all.

So right now SLX gets the output device list on start up and when you
press the refresh button. Ideally, it would detect any changes (such as
when you plug in or turn on a device). I'll see if I can make SLX
update when Windows detects a new device.

The output device list is currently sorted by device number (which SLX
used to show). I see no reason why I could not alphabetically sort the
list, or even group by audio interface type. What is best way to sort?
By interface then device or by device then interface?
