Just pushed 2.1.11
- Output devices are now sorted.
- Output device list now refreshed on bringing up the combo list
menu.
- Some updates to control hints in settings.
- Reverted back to non-persistent cache. Certain settings (cookies for
default skin, localStorage for Material skin) are still retained
between sessions.
- Bug fix with activity indicator positioning in High DPI monitor.
