In that advanced settings menu I see that flac, ogg and pcm are enabled, and mp3 is disabled for Spotty. That's fine for me, since I prefer that Spotify's stream is not re-encoded from ogg to mp3, and then either flac or ogg 'untouched' would seem the two likely candidates for that. But in Spotty's audio settings there is no mention of flac or ogg, and as I said, the only options there are 96/160/320kbps.
