I come back again with the issue where the LMS player in no longer
conencted with the Spotify Connect API.
I run now a script which checks via Spotify API the available devices
(GET https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/devices).
The script runs every minute and kills the LMS spotty deamon process if
the device is no longer available in SC.
LMS Spotty itself has a check every minute which starts the deamon again
if the process is missing.
That way, the LMS device (in my case a group player which contains 2
real players, 1x SB Touch & 1x Squeezebox Radio) will be available again
in SC.
With this "workaround", I can control the LMS player via the SC API.
LMS Spotty never restarts the process itself if the player is not
available in SC. I run the same script for one day without the process
kill routine and the player disappears in SC after a few hours. And
there was no action from Spotty side. It looks to me as Spotty does not
check the SC API if the players are available there.
