First off, try and google the dongle and find out if there is a driver
for Raspberry pi

The pcp team are pretty good with drivers so if you don't have any luck
(or if no-one else can help) reach out to them.

It may be that the version of pcp you have choosen does not contain the
driver.

I have an rpi1b which runs v5.0.1

It does take a while to boot up though!
